First, please note … our services are FREE to the buyer. We are paid by the escrow company when/if a transaction closes as a reduction in the net cash to the seller; and we never charge any sort of up-front or additional charge or fee. Never!
Second, we, personally, provide all services to our clients and communicate directly. We do not use assistants. Office staff are there for administrative functions … period! We will NOT shuffle you off to an assistant who may not take proper care of you, your search (Buyer), the marketing of your property (Seller), or your transaction. We know that you will get timely, professional results because we, both of us, will personally be there for you.

As a Buyer, for a new or re-sale home, you need and deserve your own representative to work exclusively for your interests and have specific duties to you.
In Arizona, the broker/agent you see named in any form of advertisement or promotion for a new or re-sale property is the representative of the Seller of that property. He/she has specific duties to the Seller and is legally limited in the advice and information that may be provided to you as a Buyer.
Regarding integrity … the AZ Real Estate Agency page presents a discussion of “agency” that is very important to both buyers and sellers.
The AZ Brokers & Agents page explains the difference between an agent, employing broker, designated broker, associate broker, and a salesperson, as well as who is actually representing the respective principals in a real estate transaction.

Sellers, please note … When you list your home with a broker/agent, your expectations for that agent should be for getting the property sold … not finding the buyer. World-wide exposure of your property is essential, with the volume of traffic coming to “take a look” being the best indicator for the effectiveness of that exposure. Significant traffic indicates that many agents are working to get your property sold.
If your traffic is only that produced directly by your listing agent, the sale is likely to take a longer and the price is likely to be less. Plus, if your listing agent brings the offer, he/she would be providing “limited representation”. In which case, he/she cannot ethically advise you on your response.
